The Coogies and baked goods will stay fresh at room temperature for about 3 days, wrapped tightly with plastic wrap or in a sealed container. You can also freeze them well wrapped in plastic and inside a freezer bag. Use them within 4 months. To defrost, just thaw product at room temperature.
You can also freeze tightly wrapped raw cookie dough for up to 3 month, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Tip: For any baked goods, you can replace eggs for unsweetened apple sauce and/or milk or yogurt for a non dairy alternative.
