As a Le Cordon Bleu graduate and private chef, Tammy Cohen was faced with the constant challenge of feeding her clients who were finicky eaters, unaccustomed to incorporating wholesome and natural ingredients in a well-balanced diet. Eager to share her love of food and nutrition, she developed Cooggies™. Tammy is a passionate nutrition researcher, a food artist, and a mother of two.
The Cooggies mix will last about 18 months in its sealed container. As for the baked goods, these will stay fresh at room temperature for about 3 days, wrapped tightly with plastic wrap or in a sealed container. You can also freeze them well wrapped in plastic and inside a freezer bag. Use them within 4 months. To defrost, just thaw goods at room temperature.
You can also freeze tightly wrapped raw cookie dough for up to 3 month, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Tip: For any baked goods, you can replace eggs for unsweetened apple sauce and/or milk or yogurt for a non dairy alternative.
