Vegan and delicious Chocolate Chips Cookies

1 pouch Cooggies Chocolate Chip Cookie

2 Tbsp flaxeed meal (to make flax eggs)

5 Tbsp water (to make flax egg)

1/4 cup oil 

2 tsps vanilla extract

In a large mixing bowl, prepare your flax eggs by mixing flaxeed meal and water and let rest for 5 minutes. Using an electric mixer, add the wet ingredients to the flax egg and mix until well combined. Add the dry mix, continue mixing. The dough will be crumbly. Wet your hand a little, and mix the dough to a solid consistency. With the help of  a small ice cream scooper or a tablespoon form the cookies. Flatten the cookies when on the sheet tray. 

Bake 15 to 18 minutes. The cookies will be toasty on the edges and chewy in the middle.
